Create a day full of love and expansiveness by joining Ash for a gentle heart opening vinyasa yoga practice designed to help you drop from mind to heart.

As opposed to mindfulness, Ash shares the practice of heartfulness, which translates to Hridaya in Sanskrit.

In this class we will honour the heart as the true seat of consciousness by using a combination of pranayama (breath) and heart opening asana (postures) in a beautiful flowful sequence to unlock dimensions of presence that stream from the heart.

This class is perfect to set you up for a day of love and connection. Come as you are. All levels welcome.

Ashley Brown is a 1000+ hour yoga teacher trainer with a passion for mindful and meditation practice, sharing the transformative power of these ancient wisdom traditions to help bring more balance and purpose into people's lives.
