All stallholders must be aware of the following:

The trading dates for the 2024 event will be Friday, 23rd February to Sunday 25th.

The entertainment program will commence on Friday afternoon & will come to a close (officially) on the following Sunday evening; however, trading will continue until Monday 12am.

This provides scope for over 60 hours of active trading while the event is in operation.

Stallholders must arrive on-site & be in your stall placement allocated by no later than 8 pm on Thursday 22nd February.

Arrivals on Thursday may only be within the hours of 1 pm-8 pm & you must notify the market manager of your arrival time in advance of the event to ensure that you can be bumped in smoothly.

No entry will be permitted outside this time.

Access to the market area will be closed by Thursday evening.

If you do not arrive on Thursday by 8 pm you may not be able to access your designated stall spot.

Road access to the town centre will not open until Monday at 12 am however, some people will stay until 5 pm.

Stallholders will be permitted to vacate stall placements after 1 pm when the market manager says it is safe to do so.

All stall rates include two tickets to the event.
Each stall is entitled to purchase additional tickets at discounted rates - the limit is 3 additional tickets (unless you need more to run properly, let us know).
These additional tickets are generously priced at $170.00.
You must specify the exact amount of additional tickets required in the form below.

Note: this is all negotiable!

Please specify your stall size in the form below.
The spaces include an allocation for very limited camping/car parking behind your stall.
All stall spaces are pre-allocated during the site design phase.
Please respect our placement decisions, we take as much time & care as we are able to give the market /food area a clean & fair layout for all involved.
Please do not set up your stall without seeing the market manager first.
We welcome bigger market stall setups, we won't have many so would like to create a destination with fewer stores.
